Introduction

Relayy ("we," "our," or "us") helps users prepare job application emails quickly while keeping the final send action in the user's control. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, where it is stored, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the Relayy mobile application.

Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, do not use Relayy.

Information We Collect

We collect and process the following information depending on how you use the app:

• Profile data: Basic details you enter, such as your name, email address, job role, mobile number, experience, and related profile information.
• Credits and plan: Information used to show whether you have a Plus or Pro monthly subscription, your credit balance, credit usage, and monthly renewal date.
• Account protection: Information used to help prevent misuse of accounts, subscriptions, or credits.
• Local app content: Email templates, resume files, and job-email history that you create or upload are currently stored locally on your device.
• Draft preferences: The outreach type, tone, length, and other options you select to shape a draft.
• AI features: When you choose an AI feature, we process only the information needed to create the requested email or template, such as your template text, recruiter email, optional job description, relevant resume or profile details, and draft preferences.
• Sign-in: Account information used to keep you signed in and secure.

We do not collect:

• Email open or reply tracking data
• Background location or activity data outside the app
• The content of emails after they leave your device through your chosen email app
• Payment card details directly from you

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Relayy app
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure
• Create, manage, and update your profile
• Manage Plus and Pro subscriptions, monthly credit allocations, and credit usage
• Generate application, follow-up, recruiter outreach, referral-request emails, or templates when you choose to use AI features
• Open a prepared email in your device's Mail app or selected email client
• Help prevent fraud, account misuse, and attempts to bypass subscription or credit limits
• Respond to support requests or inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

AI-Assisted Features

Relayy includes optional AI features for creating or improving job application emails and templates. These features run only when you choose to use them.

When you use an AI feature, the information needed for that request may be processed by trusted service providers that help generate the result. This may include template text, recruiter email, optional job description, relevant resume or profile details, outreach type, tone, and length preference.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Relayy does not apply to jobs for you and does not send emails automatically. You must review and approve the final email in your email app before sending.

Local Storage

Email templates, resume files, and sent-email history are currently stored locally on your device and are not automatically synced across devices.

Because this content is stored locally, logging out, deleting the app, reinstalling the app, resetting your device, or clearing app data may remove it. You are responsible for keeping separate copies of important resumes or templates.

We process local template or resume-related content only when needed to provide a feature you request, such as preparing an email or generating AI-assisted content.

Email Handling

Relayy is not an email provider and does not send emails on your behalf.

When you are ready to apply, Relayy prepares the email and opens it in your device's Mail app or selected email client. The email is sent only if you choose to send it through that provider.

We do not track whether your email was opened, replied to, delivered, or read. Recruiter email addresses are used to prepare the email and may be included in AI requests when needed to generate the application email.

Third-Party Services

Relayy uses trusted service providers to operate the app. These providers may help with:

• Account sign-in and security
• Profile, plan, and credit management
• AI-assisted email and template generation when you choose to use AI features
• App distribution, purchases, and subscription processing

We select service providers carefully and only share the minimum data necessary for them to perform their function.

Credits, Plans, and Purchases

Each email generation costs 2 credits.

Relayy offers two monthly subscription plans. Plus includes 100 credits per monthly subscription period, and Pro includes 200 credits per monthly subscription period.

Credits renew with each monthly subscription period. Unused credits expire at the end of the current subscription period and do not roll over to the next month.

Relayy does not display rewarded ads or offer credits in exchange for viewing ads.

Plus and Pro purchases and monthly subscription renewals are processed through Apple. Apple provides us with subscription status and transaction information needed to activate and manage your plan. We do not directly receive or store your payment card details.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account, profile, credit, plan, and account protection data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or comply with legal obligations.

If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal account and profile data within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, subscription, or transaction-record requirements.

Locally stored templates, resumes, and sent-email history may be removed from your device when you delete them in the app, log out, delete the app, reinstall the app, or clear app data.

User Choices

You have control over your data. Within the app you can:

• Edit or update your profile information
• Add, edit, or delete locally stored email templates
• Upload or remove locally stored resumes
• Clear or lose locally stored history depending on app and device actions
• Log out of your account
• Delete your account and request deletion of associated personal data

To request a copy of your data or assistance with deletion outside the app, contact us using the details below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Information sent between the app and our service providers is transmitted over encrypted connections where supported.

No system is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your device secure.

Children's Privacy

Relayy is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify you within the app or by email. Your continued use of Relayy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
