Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Relayy application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Relayy ("we," "our," or "us").

Description of Service

Relayy is a mobile productivity app that helps users prepare job application emails quickly. The App allows you to:

• Save profile details used in application emails
• Create, save, and manage reusable email templates locally on your device
• Upload and manage resume files locally on your device
• Choose an application, follow-up, recruiter outreach, or referral-request workflow
• Enter relevant context, such as a recruiter email or optional job description
• Choose tone and length preferences for a draft
• Use AI credits to generate job-outreach emails or templates
• Open the prepared email in your device's Mail app or selected email client for your review and sending

Relayy is a preparation tool. It is not a job board, employer, staffing agency, recruiter, email provider, or job placement service.

User Accounts

To use Relayy, you may need to sign in using the app's supported authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep it reasonably current. You must not create accounts for others without permission, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information in your profile, resumes, templates, or emails.

Relayy may use account protection measures to help prevent misuse of accounts, subscriptions, and credits. Attempting to bypass plan or credit limits is not permitted.

User Content

"User Content" means content you create, upload, enter, save, or generate in Relayy, including profile information, email templates, resume files, job descriptions, recruiter email addresses, job-email history, and AI-generated drafts.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display User Content only as needed to operate the App, provide requested AI features, maintain credits and account status, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. You must not upload content that is false, misleading, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

Local Storage

Templates, resume files, and sent-email history are currently stored locally on your device. They are not automatically synced across devices.

Logging out, deleting the App, reinstalling the App, clearing app data, or changing devices may remove locally stored templates, resumes, or history. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of important resumes, templates, and other content.

We are not responsible for local data loss caused by device settings, app removal, operating system behavior, storage limits, or your own actions.

AI-Assisted Content

Relayy offers optional AI features that can generate application, follow-up, recruiter outreach, referral-request emails, and reusable templates. These features are optional and must be initiated by you.

Important limitations of the AI feature:

• AI suggestions are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate language
• The AI does not apply to jobs on your behalf
• The AI does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment
• You must review all AI-generated content before using or sending it
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI suggestions
• We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of AI-generated content

You assume full responsibility for any content you send, with or without AI assistance.

Email Responsibility

Relayy prepares email content and opens the final draft in your device's Mail app or selected email client. Relayy does not send emails on your behalf, does not control your email provider, and does not guarantee delivery.

You are solely responsible for:

• The content of every email you send
• Ensuring your emails comply with applicable laws and professional standards
• Verifying recipient email addresses before sending
• Any consequences arising from emails you send

Do not use Relayy to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that violates the terms of your email provider.

Credits and Plans

Relayy uses credits for email generation. Each email generation costs 2 credits.

• Plus: Includes 100 credits during each monthly subscription period.
• Pro: Includes 200 credits during each monthly subscription period.

Credits renew at the beginning of each monthly subscription period. Unused credits expire at the end of the current subscription period and do not roll over to the next month. The displayed balance may update after the App checks your subscription status or records credit usage.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for money. Relayy does not offer credits through advertising. We may change credit costs, monthly allocations, or plan limits with reasonable notice where required.

Purchases

Relayy offers Plus and Pro as monthly auto-renewing subscription plans. Current pricing and the features included with each plan are displayed in the App before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Unless canceled, the subscription renews monthly through Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period unless Apple states otherwise.

Plus or Pro status is updated after Apple confirms the purchase. We do not directly collect or store payment card details. Refunds and billing disputes are handled according to Apple's applicable policies.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Relayy to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or qualifications
• Upload malicious files or content that infringes third-party rights
• Manipulate accounts, subscriptions, transactions, or identifiers to obtain unauthorized credits or plan access
• Bypass credit limits, plan limits, purchase checks, or subscription restrictions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its services
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No Job Guarantee

Relayy helps you organize and prepare job applications. We make no representations or warranties that using the App will result in job interviews, offers, or employment of any kind.

Job outcomes depend on many factors entirely outside our control, including but not limited to employer decisions, market conditions, your qualifications, and the content of your communications. We are not responsible for any employment outcome or lack thereof.

Account Termination

You may delete your account from within the App where available. Account deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Locally stored templates, resumes, and history may also be removed by app deletion, logout, reinstall, or device-level data clearing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or use the App in a manner that causes harm to us or others. In such cases, you may lose access to content stored in your account.

Disclaimer

Relayy is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.

We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated content, lost or corrupted local files, lost local templates or history, failed email handoff, email provider issues, purchase processing issues, or other third-party service issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relayy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us through the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid us.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may notify you within the App or by email.

Your continued use of Relayy after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please discontinue use and delete your account.
